my stay went great. i found the shuttles super helpful, especially edwin from puerto rico. he took me to registration when the bell captain was delayed. other drivers like margarita, daniel, edgar, fernando, and paula were also dedicated. the amenities suited my family with diverse ages.

i felt a bit pressured to attend a timeshare presentation.

The pool was enjoyable, with fun trivia nights and an arcade nearby. the resort include also a lazy river. Guests should know a badering costs 9 dollars extra daily. a visit to the golf course is a must.

the resort is near shopping malls, really useful. it is located near many attractions in orlando, but traffic on 192 is terrible. the traffic can make travel times longer.

everyone on staff greeted me with a smile. i found the resort expansive, with something for everyone. i appreciated being so close to grocery stores (very handy!) and especially how easy it was to get to the disney parks.

i didn't care for the constant attempts to sell timeshares. it was a bit much, especially with promised incentives that never materialized. also, i wished fresh towels were provided daily without needing to wash them myself.
